Any earnings made to you are subject to deductions for policies that are withdrawn or cancelled, and chargebacks may apply for compensation paid in advance. Chargebacks can be taken out of future business and can also be sent in by check. These measures are necessary to manage risks associated with pre-paid payouts and to align with legal requirements regarding sales milestones and contract completions. Additionally, all checks are disbursed to you after tax withholdings, consistent with federal and state tax laws. It is important to note that this payment process is designed to safeguard both your interests and those of the clients, ensuring transparency and adherence to ethical standards. We encourage transparency and provide full disclosure of the terms of remuneration at the outset of our agreements, following the guidelines set forth by the CMS, HHS, and the state’s Department of Insurance.
